I talk through the importance of speed and putting each athlete in the right environment to not only improve their speed and physical capabilities but also maximize their skillsets to be a great all round athlete and find their way into a sporting career because the sport selects the athlete.
Why it's important for an athlete to practice the skill they are aiming to be fast at. DON'T coach them to be slow!!!!
