This episode carries on a similar theme to ep51. This week Alex and Chris address specifically how to prepare through a grueling competition phase (think CrossFit comp / weekend training camp / weekend tournament).

We break it down into the 3 key components to get you SET. 
Sleep, Eat and Train to compete at your best. 

We explore how to Sleep, Eat and Train through 3 phases;
1- Pre Competition - the week / 5 days leading into the comp.
2- In Competition - the immediate battle, recover between workouts / bouts of work to be able to go again at your best.
3- Post Competition - immediately after competition to make sure you're giving your body what it needs. Whether you need to be prepared to go again in just a few short days OR if you have the luxury of time off to rest and recuperate, the principles we suggest work!
