Welcome back folks! I recently got the chance to sit down with a fellow Mount Saint Joseph alum Tim Spriggs ‘08. Tim is a world class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner of almost 2 decades. In 2014, Tim was considered the best grappler in the world. Present day, he is a rookie sensation for Maryland Championship Wrestling and has begun his ascent into the dubious world of acting in Hollywood. Enjoy the episode!
