This month we spoke with local Kingston grief coach Ophelia Rigault. Ophelia shared with us the different types of grief and how we may not be as familiar with them because we were never taught how to grieve. Ophelia walks us through how to manage loss, how to support and validate someone who is grieving and the connection between love and grief.
