Arnold Schwarzenegger has been nominated for a Golden Raspberry Award for his part in an obscure Chinese-Russian fantasy epic called Iron Mask (or The Iron Mask, or Viy 2: Journey to China, or Journey to China: Mystery of Iron Mask, or The Dragon Seal, or The Mystery of Dragon Seal), a film that made little money and was almost definitely a tax evasion scheme. Lucky for you, Sonny and Tom watched the film so you don't have to!
The boys have an in-depth discussion about the plot of this very confusing movie, which also features performances by Jackie Chan (who Arnold fights in the movie), Charles Dance, Jason Flemyng, and the late Rutger Hauer (who will unfortunately forever have this film as one of his final roles). All of these actors came together to make a movie in which a dragon's eyelashes make healing tea and a CGI flying monkey saves the day. Iron Mask is truly a film you have to see to believe, but in this case you only have to hear it. The boys also imagine what it would be like if Arnold played Colin Firth's role in The King's Speech, featuring a horrible Arnold impression by Sonny.
Does Arnold Schwarzenegger deserve the Worst Supporting Actor Razzie nomination for his performance as the pugilistic Warden Hook? Does legendary tsar Peter the Great escape prison, remove his iron mask, and return to his spot on the throne? Is the two-faced witch defeated by the princess she tried to impersonate? All these questions and more will be answered on An Oscar For Arnold Episode 3: A Razzie for Arnold.
