Ever seen the good, the bad, and the ugly? This is nothing like that. At all!
But I believe Sean and I embody those three descriptives with our podbods.
This week we talk about our on-boarding processes and how they have evolved over the years. There is no wrong answer here everyone, in fact, we probably can assure you that we have done on-boarding wrong, sometimes right, but mostly just surviving the industry standards. Are there industry standards? Do they have a rule book? No one knows.
We also went a little crazy with our side banter, so much so that we went 15 minutes longer than any other episode in the history of episodes. Here is the short list: church camel herders, 1st built church in Saratoga Springs, UT, Gods providence, the exact number of metal studs (no not Sean and I), whisper convos, podcast hoarding, podcast sleeping, enduring forced humility, extremely flammable PJs, and how you're about to meet Jesus.
There was a lot of good stuff in this episode. We are so glad that you have joined in on the conversation. We hope that you enjoy and that you might find some intelligence inside. Have a wonderful week.
Blessings
