I am excited to welcome back Marina Yanay-Triner to the podcast this week.
Marina is a transformational and compassionate somatic coach with ten years of experience in dialogue group facilitation, working with Israeli and Palestinian conflict transformation through dialogue. She also worked at the Jerusalem rape crisis center, where she facilitated dialogue on gender, sexuality, and sexual assault. In addition, she also worked as a Health Coach, helping women to transform their health and relationship with food
Marina engages her clients in the compassionate awareness of their trauma, how it has led to their life circumstances, and what is standing in the way of them experiencing complete joy. She draws on somatic, body-based practices, inner child work, breathwork, somatic meditation, and more in her career as a trauma-aware coach.
In this episode, we discuss triggers and Marina helps us to understand what triggers are, how to get to the uncomfortable place to process triggers, having the power to work through triggers as they happen, and we find out about her upcoming course.
