Description

Eva turned her baking hobby into a business and prides herself on creating good vibes for customers and staff.

After going vegan six years ago, Eva began baking because she found limited food choices. What began as a hobby for friends and family, quickly turned into a business which has grown to now employ four staff  supplying cafes and special events.

Eva initially tried a 2 week raw vegan challenge as a health reset. She felt a huge shift in her health and went vegan from there. It didn't take Eva long to research veganism, when she stumbled across documentaries that showed factory farming practices. This helped Eva to realise we all play a part in ending animal suffering.

In this episode, Eva chats about building a community, trying new things and creating a positive work environment.
