Lasagne For Breakfast was born during COVID, when Italian couple Sarah and Gianluca wanted to create and share beautiful vegan food. Spreading their wings, the team began catering for weddings and organising fundraising events for their favourite animal charities.
Sarah and G moved to Australia ten years ago and met when they crossed paths at a restaurant. Being Italian, food is in their DNA so after going vegan, Sarah and G started experimenting to create cruelty free versions of their favourite dishes.
The couple enjoy eco friendly travel, documenting and sharing their adventures on their "Vegan Travel Diaries" account. Sarah and G recently held their first (of many) five day vegan culinary retreat in the Hunter Valley, featuring cooking classes, wine tasting, yoga, meditation and environmentally friendly activities.
