Black history month is in February, but we should be celebrating and teaching Black history all year long.  In this episode, I briefly talk about Black Wall Street, which was in the Greenwood section of Tulsa, Oklahoma.  I didn't know about Black Wall Street until a couple of years ago (!), and if you haven't heard about it, I hope that I'm helping you learn something new and then teach your students something new by telling you all about it.  You can also learn more by visiting:
