He shares the significance of his findings, He provides some theories as to why exercise helps lessen the severity of covid symptoms, and how someone who’s been diagnosed with covid should start back into an exercise routine safely. He also discusses the problem with the messaging around how to handle the pandemic. And how we can be more prepared for the next pandemic.
