When we considered our Labor Day weekend It’s Great Business episode, we just knew that our discussion with Sue Keith at Ceres Talent, a marketing recruiting firm based in the Washington DC area, would hit the mark. Sue is a graduate of James Madison University earning a double major in Accounting and French. She started her career as an auditor at Deloitte and then made the leap to marketing when she joined MCI telecom. During her career journey, Sue worked for the National Association for Corporate Directors (which is where Janice had the pleasure of meeting her). Sue’s story is amazing as she demonstrates that you are in charge of you. Even though we can’t control the situation, we can control how we react to it. So sit back at the beach or bar-b-q and enjoy.
