For today’s podcast, I want to discuss something we have all heard of, something that we all get mixed messages about, and something that can have a huge impact on our lives. Today, I want to dive into your metabolism. What it is, what it does, ways it can slow down the road to our goals, or ways we can use it to help get us where we want to be. While I am definitely not a metabolism expert, I think you’re going to really enjoy some of the information I’ve researched and learned about from some of the top metabolism experts in the world, and if you’re someone who has more info or know important details I may be missing, please let me know and I’d love to continue this topic in the future.
