Description

The balancing breath, we are going to take some time to do a few rounds of balancing breath work so we can continue on with our day in a balanced way. 

(Total episode time 5 mins, 5 rounds of balanced breathing)

 With this technique that we are about to do, we are going to balance your body and mind… calm your nerves… and come back to the present moment. You can practice this throughout your day, any time, to experience an overall sense of calm. 

Taking equal breaths, or equal lengths of inhales and exhales, moves the diaphragm in a rhythmic manner. Upon inhale, blood is moved away from the lungs; upon exhale, blood is moved toward the lungs. This has a balancing effect on the body that helps the body relax and focus.
