These episodes were inspired because of our obsession with snacks. We love to fuel our bodies with little bite sized  nutritious foods. We’ve also talked about adding MOVEMENT snacks into your day the same way. 
So… we have food…. and we have movement covered but what about our brains? It’s time to add some little Bitesized Brain Snacks into your week. Thats what these episodes will be all about. Bitesized wellness wisdom for lifelong learners. So let’s OPEN UP and satiate our minds. 


This brain snack is a list of over 50 pieces of fitness advice that will help you be successful. I wanted to shout out some content from a guy I follow on Instagram @thebrookscoleman. He compiled an amazing list I wanted to share, and add my own take to them.

There’s a lot of information out there. There’s a lot of opinions out there from loud voices. Some with great intentions, others just out to take advantage. Most people spend months, years, decades, searching for the magic bullet. Some new workout plan, new fancy diet, something different that will change all their ill with a magic pill.
The truth is - as with most things - there’s a lot of nuance in health, fitness and wellness and the algorithm gods on social media don’t reward nuance. They reward scary, polarization and straight up it unfortunately seems like the crap rises to the top.
No single food is poisonous on it’s own - too much of pretty much everything is. No exercise is perfect for every single person in the world - exercise mostly either builds muscle or burns calories. You can’t “burn fat” long term successfully, any way outside of a calorie deficit paired with resistance training and enough protein.
These pieces of fitness advice will include a lot of myth debunking and nuance and will be helpful in guiding you to the fitness level that you want.
