What up Dream Team!

 This is our very first MINI episode…. or as I’m going to call it…  “Minisode.” These will be bite sized episodes with the goal of setting an intention and focus, with growth in mind, for the upcoming week. Each MINIsode will offer a quote that I feel encapsulates the theme of the week. After the quote we will dive into a weekly focus. Something small that we can concentrate on for the following 7 days.

I will be sharing a physical activity tip that will help us be more capable and stronger in the bodies that we are building. As well as a nutritional tip, that will assist us in working toward a more healthy and optimal way of living from the inside out. And I will finish every MINIsode with a recommendation for the week. This recommendation could be anything from a podcast episode to listen to, or a book to read, or even an article or paper, that I feel will help us better educate ourselves towards the overall focus of the week. 

I would love to hear from you on how these tips and focuses are helping you live a better, happier more fit and quality life. Together we can make small changes throughout our days, that build and compound toward the dream life that we all know we have the capability of living. So share your physical activity tips, share your nutrition tips, invite your friends to join you in attacking the weekly focus. Because you will be far more likely to be successful with a support system and a social network that is chasing a similar goal and lifestyle as you. So let’s dive in to our very first Growth MINIsode.

Weekly Focus: Make one very small change In your lifestyle and make It a habit. Small Individual, perfected changes... over large multi-step, all at once changes (all or nothing mentality)

Physical activity tip: Increase your daily movement. Shoot for 10-12,000 steps per day.

Nutrition tip: Drink 12-24oz of water upon waking. Take an Inner bath In the morning.
