Description

This will be a bite sized episode with the goal of setting an growth minded intention and focus, for the upcoming week. Each MINIsode will offer a quote that encapsulates the theme of the week. After the quote we will dive into a weekly focus. Something small that we can concentrate on for the following 7 days. As well as a physical activity tip and nutritional tip, that will assist us in working toward a more healthy and optimal way of living our own dream life. And each MINIsode will end with a recommendation for the week. This recommendation could be anything from a podcast episode to listen to, or a book to read, or even an article or paper, that I feel will help us better educate ourselves towards the overall focus of the week.

Weekly Focus:
Failure is not the opposite of success. It’s part of the process towards success. Mistakes are signs that you are trying something new. So this week, we are going to reframe our mindset to start thinking of the “problems” you encounter… as “puzzles.”

Physical Activity Tip:
This weeks' tip is if you’re having a hard time getting your steps in… break up your work hour into 50 mins of concentrated deep work, followed up with 10 mins of walking and reward.

Nutrition Tip:
Scientists have studied why chocolate is one of the most craved foods in the world, and what they found was shocking to me. Up to 80% of the US population is deficient in a micronutrient called Magnesium.
