We make so many decisions each day about food! This decision fatigue that goes on tends to wear many people down so that by the end of they day, all their healthy choices have gone by the wayside. 

In this episode, I describe the competing parts of the brain involved in food decisions, and how to put the RIGHT part in charge more consistently. I'll introduce one of the most powerful tools there is in combatting the food decision fatigue that sabotages progress: daily food planning. Food planning can be done in a way that is easy, simple, and realistic. When we use it regularly, it will absolutely drive forward progress towards reaching the health results we hope for.
