What we do every day or don’t do every day, even little things, definitely impact how we grow or don’t grow over the years. Habits have the potential of achieving compounding results over time.

One strategy for achieving consistency with new habits is to aim for what's called an "Unbroken Chain." Otherwise known as a habit streak...practicing the habit every day without fail, and thus achieving an unbroken chain of days where you completed the habit.

I’ve now passed the year mark in my own Unbroken Chain of running at least a mile every day.  In this episode, I’ll talk about what that’s been like, and what the benefits have been. I’ll also talk about things to consider if you are interested in starting your own unbroken chain of a health building habit.
