Don't we wish for an "easy button" at times? We want to believe so often that there is some kind of remedy we can simply add to our current lifestyle to achieve the health results we'd like. But for many of us who struggle with obesity or metabolic disease, or the results of it, the lifestyle itself just needs to be rebuild from the ground up.

What does that look like? This episode, I talk about the "Big Picture." I discuss the key foundational areas to address in achieving a long term healthy weight, and give an overview of that that can look like. It isn't always easy, but it is SO SO worth the efforts.
