It's January, which means there are so many of us who have habits they want to change, things we want to do differently. Let's take the approach that can make us actually ENJOY it! We need to find a way to view habit change in terms of all the good things we are adding to our life and our time. If we focus on adding in the "Good Stuff" we run out of room for the things we wanted to quit! We can move forward without those old thoughts and feelings of deprivation that like to sneak in and undermine our progress.
