Wondergrade was originally created for my daughter when she began to struggle with anxiety at the age of three. When therapy wasn’t enough for her, I turned to mindfulness, emotional regulation, and self-compassion practices, the coping techniques that had brought me healing in my life-long battle with anxiety. I searched everywhere for content in this area relevant to my little girl but quickly found that most contents was way over her head and seemed impossible for me to incorporate into my busy life as a mom of 2. I was a nurse and children's yoga and mindfulness teacher, so I decided to create my own tools.
