Vishal Malik is a multifaceted corporate professional with 23 years of experience in research and management consulting industry. Vishal worked with McKinsey & Company for almost 21 years where he played six different roles. He was the Director of Operations and Administration for McKinsey and Company in India before he took a sabbatical in October 2020 to fulfil all his creative pursuits.
Besides having deep credible expertise in driving large scale change management and internal business transformation, Vishal is also a seasoned trainer and coach. With over fifteen years of rich global experience in conducting capability building workshops, he conceptualized Management/Leadership Jams which are unique Management and Leadership development workshops involving music. Vishal has been conducting these innovative workshops for corporates, industry forums and educational institutions since 2017
