It sucks not feeling good + low energy, which in-turn = low motivation. And when DO have motivation, and you are on track, doing great - it happens again, crash and burn cycle. Ahhhh feeling stuck in your body progress sucks! Why is motivation such a struggle? Why is it so hard to stay on track, to do what we "know" is right, but just can't stay with it. This is the HARD motivation. We don’t want to have to push ourselves, to feel "have to" or "shoulds", and keep feeling like we're moving through this brick wall. We don’t want it be so hard, right?

The REAL motivation is from a place of centered, balance, authentic, flow....that's when motivation is with a sense of ease & peace in mind/body/spirit - and that's what we are 100% in for! So how do we get there? Its about shifting mindset = thoughts --> beliefs --> actions = transformation. It is also (and very importantly) about wellness with purpose. YEP! We get into ALL of it on this episode! Get ready for some real changes. Get ready for some real motivation.

We can either stay the same and stay comfortable, have the same mindset, stay in the "stuck" and the "hard" OR we can have the courage to step out of the comfort zone and into something different. It's hard to start, it can be scary to change. but once we can open up some space to new perspectives this is when real change happens.
