Lisa Marie is a runner, hiker, skier and kayaker. She is constantly doing activities, and at the same time, she says, "constantly abusing and stressing her joints." She talks about how Pilates is a way she can approach exercise so that she will still be able to hike when she is 80.

How can we approach exercise so that we are really focusing on the quality of the movements? How can you find balance within your body so that you don't have any issues in the future? How can you focus on long-term results (for weight loss or other health goals) rather than bootcamp mentality that only creates in short-term results? We dive into all these topics and more!
