In case you missed it, in January 2022 our entire family of four tested positive for COVID here in South Australia. I thought it would be helpful to share our experience with you all.

In this podcast, I talk you through all of the details, including:

• The symptoms that the kids experienced;
• The symptoms that the adults experienced;
• How receiving a positive COVID result affected me, both emotionally & mentally.
• How I dealt with the initial shock of the result, the guilt for potential close contact exposure, and our disappointment of being isolated during our annual holidays;
• How we managed and minimised our symptoms, including:
  • The importance of rest;
  • How we remained hydrated;
  • What we ate & drank during this time;
  • The supplements we took, including Zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin D & herbs for overall immunity and respiratory health;
  • How we managed the kids' fever;
  • Plus, the importance of not bringing down a fever too soon, and the benefits a fever has for fighting off an infection.
