To be in love and to be loved are some of the greatest experiences we can have in our lives. But is it easy? Does it come naturally? Why isn't everyone doing it?

Because we take us with us to each of our relationships. The things that went well in previous relationships and also the things that went not so great. We develop habits in relating to one another and sometimes they can be very positive. Sometimes they are detrimental, self-limiting and destructive to whatever relationship we may engage in.
