Des voyages à l’autre bout de la planète en quête des nouvelles aventures et une promesse d’une nouvelle vie. Les nouveaux arrivants immigrants arrivent et tentent de façonner une nouvelle vie dans une société qui n’est pas la leur. Parfois ça semble comme un défi impossible. Mais pour certains, entamer un parcours d’intégration est l’opportunité d’explorer des nouveaux mondes, mais aussi la chance de faire échange riche en culture et tradition malgré certains barrières qu’ils peuvent traverser. Trois Kingstoniennes se sont rencontrer virtuellement pour parler de leur parcours d’intégration. Natália Martins, Sunita Gupta, et Isabelle Tardiveau échangent leur parcours très différent au même endroit : l’Ontario.
Since man stood upright, humans have migrated and immigrated to new lands. Travelling to the other side of the planet in search of new adventures and the promise of a new life. Immigrant newcomers attempt to forge a life into a society that is not theirs. Sometimes it seems like an impossible feat. But for some, immigrating is the opportunity to explore new worlds and partake in an exchange rich in culture and tradition despite certain barriers.
