This episode features Kate Lundsten who is the head coach of the Aquajets Swim Team in Minnesota. Kate tells her story about her relationship with swimming and how she found success in her coaching career. On multiple occasions, she has been selected as an assistant coach for the USA National and USA Junior National Teams.
