Am Back!!!!! On this episode I dove inn to a personal experience event that I shared with my Compa Diego aka "The Situation" and our boy Lugo aka "The Warrior" and my self aka "The Chief" Before that event I talked a little about mental health and PTSD and Friendship. I went deep on this episode and of course with some laughs on the way too.
