On Episode 14, we have a local Chef, Chef Adam. Adam works at a local restaurant I will keep nameless for private reasons. Chef Adam is from Watsonville, CA. Chef wanted to major in engineering but change his mind and chose to go into the culinary world. Chef started as a cook and moved around in different restaurant before landing in his current position as Chef de Cuisine. Chef Adam is here to share his journey and how he started.
