The Backroad Journey Podcast welcomes the owner of Fit Lab Gym, Ray. Ray was born to two immigrant parents (dad from India and mom from Mexico). Ray sold cars, dressed as a luchador for a radio station, worked at game stop, sold gym memberships, and did massages. Ray was very thin in high school and wanted to build his confidence by working out. After doing different jobs, Ray decided to own his own gym. Ray bought his own building and works for himself.
