Jr and Jose welcome Graciela (Gracie ) Belmontes. Gracie is the owner of Fitlyfe Meals in Salinas, CA.  Gracie was born and raised in Salinas. Gracie graduated from William Penn University with a Bachelors degree in Biology in 2018. Gracie founded the meal prep company Fitlyfe Meals. Gracie is also a coach at the Gym, Envision in Watsonville, CA. Gracie stops by the studio to share her Backroad Journey to success.
