We hear it all the time: "Just take a leap of faith," The trouble with taking a leap of faith is that you need to place your trust in someone or something else. And our brains really do not like it when we have to trust someone or something else.

A belief, on the other hand, is something we just accept. And when we generate those beliefs ourselves our brains accept it as fact. So how do you take a leap of belief?

In this episode, I dive into what it means to do the work of believing in yourself, how you can generate new thinking and wipe out past beliefs about yourself.
