T loses his sh** for the first time on air, discussing the terrible elementary school shooting that happened a few days ago.  He discusses what the real problem is, and how we can get there as a society.
After he's done ranting, he discusses an interesting post he found about athletes and their pain threshold and tolerance, and if they really are "built different." This leads him into discussing the things he wishes he knew before he started in fitness.

Life Lesson From Fitness:
Have a healthy distrust of professionals, and absolutes.

The Devil's Advocate:
Is the mantra "No pain, no gain" good or bad for your mentality?

The Final Takeaway:
Stop making choices that limit your other choices.

As always, thank you so much for supporting the show and tuning in every week!  If you have Life Lessons, Devil's Advocate Ideas, or questions regarding fitness, let me know!!
