T talks about going to see the Sound of Music, and how it helped him to break down some emotional barriers and feel emotions and memories he hadn't for a long time. He discusses how the fitness world is finally starting to shift perspectives where people are understanding there's no specific way to "be fit," or only one way to get there, and how you shouldn't be spending more than 1.5-2 hours a day being involved in fitness, if it's not your career. Then he talks about how ridiculous our obsession has become with plastic surgery; to the point of body builders implanting fake abs. Then he goes into a new theory he's stumbled across called the hedonistic treadmill theory. And finally he discusses, the only supplement you really actually need in your life.
