It's been a while!  T discusses the ice storm that came through Texas and how it impacted his mindset towards fitness and health and why fitness and health is so reliant on our interactions with others.

He opens up about about why our perceptions of fitness are so important and why they shouldn't be ignored or discounted!  Perceptions like recovery and stretching.  Do they help or not?  And why do we care if it's "scientifically proven" or not?? 

He talks about how important confidence is, especially when trying new things, and how we can build more confidence in ourselves and our capabilities. Going back to his tumbling coaching days, and what he learned about confidence in ourselves and how it effects how we progress.
