This week we’re outrunning our own shadows in “Soft Light”! We’re talking the arrival of our main man Vince Gilligan, how messed up it is to see a man taller than Mulder, Hugh Dancy taking pictures of airport carpets, and that it’s fine to point a gun at your romantic partner if it’s fun and a little sexy. We briefly doubt Vince’s writing prowess and then feel bad when we discover that, as usual, it’s Howie’s fault, talk about Mr. X becoming Mr. Ex, refuse to call Tony Shalhoub’s character by his name, and hoot and holler over a very silly-looking viewing window. Also, that part where we forget Vince is short for Vincent is totally, totally a joke. Trust us, guys. It was all part of the goof ;)
