We’re talking Skinner’s PTO (Patriotic Time Off), the return of our boy Max, why weather is just a government psyop, Max’s emotional support plutonium, the very canonical Bisexual Pendrell reveal, and obviously the most important part of the episode, and maybe of the whole show (for us): that’s right, Scuba Mulder Reveal! Amanda celebrates Mike Milar and his weak chin, we theorize about whether Pendrell arranged to get shot just to get attention from Scully, wonder whether Mustache Assassin is really evil or just very bad at his job, get excited about Lariat representation, and complain about how little we enjoy the “Scully getting dragged into dark alleyways” trope. Just quit it! And, since it’s Scully’s birthday: This is Pisces season, bitch!
