Laura Charanza is an expert on relationships. She is a survivor of 40 years of narcissistic abuse, first from a parent, then a husband. After her recovery, she made it her mission to help others heal from the emotional and psychological damage caused by narcissists and published a #1 Best-seller book on Amazon, Ugly Love; A Survivor’s Story of Narcissistic Abuse in 2018. Her second book, Girl, Get Out, was released in 2020 while she was working on a YouTube channel with a local psychologist.
Laura is now a Life and Recovery Coach who speaks across the country, teaching men and women how to break trauma bonds to heal and move forward.
