Jennifer is a former educator with over 25+ years of experience as a teacher and school administrator and a thriving survivor.
She is a health and wellness guide, encouraging women of faith to prosper AND be in health according to 3 John 2. Jennifer is the founder of Living Well With Jennifer Bell and shares the cornerstones to eat well to live well so that you can THRIVE in health and live your life’s purpose.
She began my journey to health & wellness in 2014 after suffering what the doctors thought was a mild stroke. She knew she had to reclaim her health in order to help change her family’s legacy.
Jennifer lives in Texas with her husband and they have three adult children.
