In this interview with Naval Aviator Becky Condon, we talk about her experiences as a military pilot and one of the first 6 women airline pilots at her company. Becky is a dedicated Aviatrix Book Club member who helped pave the way for the women who came behind her. I was grateful to both celebrate her achievements and mourn her less-that-pleasant experiences. We all owe a debt to women like Becky who opened the cockpit doors to us and faced hostility and harassment to pursue their career ambition.
