You could have the best intentions in the world, but unless you are able to communicate clearly- through language that is effective and impactful, it will not be sustainable for your relationships PERIOD. Consistency of authentic language leads to clear open and honest communication. Every part of communication matters whether it happens through body language, breath, expression or subtle tone. Children communicate to us through energy and feeling. Simple yet complex to put into practice. For some of us, this requires us to abandon everything we’ve ever known if we have not been raised to act and be in our true alignment for who we are. People lose their lives over not being who they are and it is time for this to change. It starts with us. If we strive for consciousness, we have a responsibility to show up fully in our relationship with loved ones. We know that the best way to deepen a bond is to grow through the discomfort of an emotional rupture or challenge. Remember- the growth happens as we face ourselves through repair.
