Welcome back! I am so excited to have you here. I feel giddy when ideal clients sign up to work together. Starting something new elicits change and change is always "good." Truthfully, the major hesitations before starting something new have been: Am I worthy? Yes. Your worth is inherent because you exist. You are worthy of everything you want. Together we get to become clear on how relationships go based on our own behaviors, rituals, practices and habits. If I want to create a conscious connection, I get to create it starting with how I lead myself. Am I enough? Yes. All of me gets to be here, especially the parts of me that are uncomfortable or that are not quite integrated into my wholeness yet. My courage to be vulnerable is so welcome and valuable. Can I do this? Yes, it usually takes others to see ourselves clearly before we can truly see ourselves. This is why we need each other to not only grow but to evolve! Can I trust myself? Yes, trust builds with practice and repetition over time. Will I be supported? Yes, every single step of the way. I am accountable in my journey for my experience and in my integrity with how I choose to move forward. I am an incredible human full of wisdom. I have everything I need.
