Today we are learning about two lovebirds who were killed at a Wisconsin county park just after setting up their weekend campsite in 1976. It would take an evolution in science and investigation techniques over the course of 43 years to identify a suspect and make an arrest. This is the case of Ellen Matheys and David Schuldes.
