As we wrap up Season 4, we're turning our attention to a vital yet often overlooked part of the Christian life: rest and renewal.
In a world that constantly demands more; more hustle, more productivity, more striving... it’s easy to forget that God created us with limits. He built into us a need for rest, both physically and spiritually. And in His kindness, He not only permits us to rest, He invites us into it.
In this final episode of the season, we’ll explore what it truly means to find rest in Christ. Not just a nap or a weekend getaway, but a deep soul-rest that renews us from the inside out. A rest that can only be found in Jesus, the One who sees our weariness and doesn’t demand more from us, but instead offers peace, restoration, and lightness for our heavy burdens.
Matthew 11:28–30 records one of the most comforting invitations Jesus ever gave: “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.” And Psalm 23 beautifully echoes that same truth, reminding us that God leads us beside still waters and restores our souls; not just occasionally, but as part of His ongoing care and guidance.
This episode is a gentle reminder that rest is not weakness. It is worship. It’s a declaration that we trust God enough to stop striving and let Him carry what we were never meant to bear alone.
So whether you’re feeling burned out, stretched thin, or just in need of a reset, this conversation is for you. Let’s close out this season by leaning into the rest God so graciously provides.
Behold, I am making all things new.
