Description

In this episode of F*ck Saving Face, I share my own intimate story about my relationship with my mother and the childhood environment I grew up in with the hopes that we understand that we can indeed stop intergenerational trauma and perpetuating toxic family cultures. You have the power to create a joyful life filled with continuous snippets of happy, even if that's not what you were raised with. And, you can still have compassion for what your immigrant parents went through — without compromising the truth of what it was like for you, too.

I believe it's essential to let your kids be kids. And, to help them become healthy adults when they're ready.
