Today Cathy Kendrick M.Ed, PLPC joins me and explains all about what boundaries are and how they can be used. She clarifies when we need to use them and how to start implementing them even when its hard. Boundaries can be difficult and exhausting when you start putting them in place, but you deserve having clear lines of expectations to those around you.
