Description

Discovering who we really are takes a long time and plenty of self-observation. It also takes a lot of self-acceptance. What do we do when who we really are isn’t who we really want to be? 

In some cases, this is a matter of personal growth and is a good thing. We all deserve to grow and evolve into the next expanded version of ourselves. But in other cases, we put a lot of effort into activities and ventures that don’t resonate with our true desires and nature.

Here are some strategies on how you can tap into what you enjoy the most and figure out how you can incorporate more of that type of activity in your life.

Also, you have my permission to let go of the stuff that’s completely draining and not at all aligned with who you are, in case you wanted it. I believe we all create a better world when we embody what we love more often than what drives us nuts.
