Encouragement and being seen at the right time in your life can change the whole way you see yourself and where you end up going from there. I have a great memory of a professor from art school noticing the way I attacked problems and assignments, and the way he acknowledged my process was so empowering it’s not exaggerating to say that he changed my life that day.
